VØID is an NYC based solo artist who released his debut album, TRANSPOSED in March of 2018. His style draws sonic inspiration from early 2000’s alternative rock merged with a modern, electronic sound design and complex, eclectic percussion elements.

 

As a transgender artist, his work is heavily influenced by events and revelations that occurred in his first year of transition, during which time the album was recorded. 

 

VØID's work is guided by the desire to stir up internal conversations within individuals to question their own beliefs and to bring awareness to the reality that, while we all have uniquely, individual lived experiences, we're not as different from each other as we may believe.
